Directors (Shareholders) - 3 Positions
We are looking for people with minimum education of University Degree to provide direction/oversight/enlightened supervision of the activities.
Requirements:-
- * Minimum of first Degree or above 5 years in community based finance organization or 5 years Banking experience in senior position
- * Minimum investment of Kshs 500,000/=)
- * Ability to attend interactive Board meetings at least once every month without fail
Or
- * Person of high social standing with ability to raise the required capital and willingness to dedicate time for modern, Board oversight
Qualifying individuals will be provided with prospectus including audited financials prior to making any payments
Field Credit Officers 15 Positions
According to the Strategic Plan of the organization, we shall open branches in parts of Nairobi , Kisumu and Mombasa . Applications invited .
